2. Torrents and Copyright Legality

This site allows users to create lists of television shows, and then access a custom feed of those shows which populate when new episodes become available. These feeds contain torrent "magnet links" or regular links, which can be used by 3rd party software (not affiliated with this site) to download video files of those shows. 

As the user, it is your responsibility to only access those links if you have a legal right to do so, based on your own copyright protections within your legal structure. If you do not have a legal right to download those files, which are not hosted on this site, then it is your responsibility to not download them. If you are unsure, do not use this site.

3. Indemnification

You agree to waive all of this site's liability and to hold harmless this site, the maintainers/owner(s) of this site, the content & data available on this site, and the users of this site for any damages, real or perceived, resulting from the use of this site. This includes potential damage to your computing devices, legal issues, or any other damages in any form.

You agree that neither this site, nor its owners, maintainers, users, etc, have any control over the content which might be downloaded from following links provided in RSS feeds generated by the site, and it is your own responsibility to make sure a file is free of malware and you have the right to possess it before downloading said file.

4. Payments & Refunds

You agree that, should you wish to pay for services offered by this site, you understand that a third-party vendor (eg, PayPal, Stripe, etc) shall manage the payment transaction. Any technical or other issues with payments shall be directed to the payment processor. 

You agree that due to the nature and unpredictability of the site, since it must rely on 3rd-party sources for data regarding TV Show air times and torrent availability, that no refunds can be offered once payment has been received. This includes if you decide to cancel/delete your account, or if the site itself is shut down, or if the data being fed to the site becomes unreliable due to forces out of the control of the site.

These Terms of Service can change at any point and possibly without prior notice. It is your responsibility to examine these Terms of Service for changes before making use of the site.  If such changes are made, attempts will be made to inform users, but this is not guaranteed.
